What to Expect During the 24 Days
We plan on using HBNO essential oils, brightening products, and daily tips to get you glowing skin throughout this challenge. Every week will address specific aspects of skincare that can address the symptoms of dullness, uneven skin tone, and dryness.
Week 1: Cleanse, Exfoliate, and Hydrate.
First up, the cleanse, the exfoliate, the hydrate. This is the first step towards glowing skin.
Day 1: Cleanse Thoroughly
Cleanse properly with a gentle cleanser for your skin type. Dirt, oil, and makeup that dull your complexion are removed by this.
Tip: For acne-prone skin add a few drops of HBNO tea tree essential oil to your cleanser for antibacterial benefits.
Day 2: Exfoliate for Glow
Bright skin is all about exfoliation. To slough dead skin cells off and show your freshest skin, resort to a physical scrub or go with a chemical exfoliant (AHAs or BHAs).
Tip: Add a drop or two of HBNO lemon essential into your exfoliator for extra brighter skin.
Day 3: Hydrate
Healthy, glowing skin is all about hydration. Try a hydrating serum with hyaluronic acid, and then moisturize.
Tip: Rose essential oil has soothing properties so when adding a drop of rose essential oil to your moisturizer, you get extra hydration and a calming effect.
Day 4: Brightening Serum
Vitamin C is known to brighten spots and even out skin tone, serums with the ingredient are especially brightening. For use in the evening, use one to give you radiant skin.
Tip: Use HBNO frankincense essential oil for anti-aging benefits.
Day 5: Drink More Water
It’s critical to hydrate from the inside out to stay gorgeous. But to keep your skin plump and hydrated drink plenty of water.
Tip: Drink water every hour, and set a reminder for it.
Day 6: Face Mask Time
To clear and brighten up your face play with ingredients like vitamin C, turmeric, or clay.
Tip: For a relaxing skin-soothing experience add HBNO lavender essential oil.
Day 7: Weekly Reflection
How does your skin feel? Look for any differences in texture, brightness, and water. Glowing skin is on its way to you!
Week 2: Brightening & Radiance
In Week 2 we’ll discuss the brightening products and techniques that will make your skin brighter.
Day 8: Continue with Vitamin C
If you’re using your vitamin C serum daily, keep using it until it finishes. That antioxidant brightens and protects your skin from environmental damage.
Tip: Vitamin C is an important antioxidant but it should never be used without SPF to protect against UV damage.
Day 9: Essential Oils for Radiance
Rose and frankincense oil are some of the essential oils that can brighten and improve your skin’s glow. Bring them into your routine.
Tip: To enjoy glowing skin by morning, add HBNO frankincense essential oil to your moisturizer.
Day 10: Add a Brightening Toner
Toner can help conditions such as skin tone or radiance with the help of products such as niacinamide or witch hazel.
Tip: Stay away from alcohol-based toners, as these can take away your skin’s moisture.
Day 11: Exfoliate Again
Exfoliate on only two to three evenings a week to prevent over-exfoliating. After always follow with a rich moisturizer.
Tip: Exfoliating mask with papaya enzymes – glowing result.
Day 12: Try a Facial Massage
To boost circulation, massage your facial area rhythmically with your fingers, or with a gua sha tool, for a more glowy outcome. Massage after serum to get better absorption.
Tip: If you use HBNO jojoba oil just before your massage, it gives you more hydration.
Day 13: Hydrate with a Face Mist
Face mists are a great way to refresh your skin super quickly throughout the day. For a quick surge of brightness go with mists to spruce you up with aloe vera or rosewater.
Tip: If you feel like a dewy look midday, just spritz your face mist on.
Day 14: Week 2 Reflection
How’s your glow? By now you should be noticing brighter, smoother skin. Radiance awaits, keep going.
Week 3: Advanced Radiance Techniques
This week we come down to advanced techniques on how to get a better glow.
Day 15: Overnight Glow with Retinol
At night introduce a retinol-based product to help increase cell turnover, as well as skin bright and texturizing.
Tip: Avoid irritation, start with 1-2 times per week.
Day 16: Also, use a Skin Brightening Essence.
Never heavy and always hydrating, packed with nutrients, essences are lightweight. Patted over toned skin to prime it to use serums and moisturizers.
Tip: For the radiance look seek essences made with fermented ingredients.
Day 17: Care for Neck and Décolletage
Keep your neck and décolletage in mind too! Brightening these areas, too, is necessary. The key is to prevent your face from getting dull with your regular brightening products.
Tip: Use massage HBNO Jojoba essential oil to these areas for smoother skin.
Day 18: Try Double Cleansing
Using an oil-based cleanser than a water-based one helps to clean everything.
Tip: Treat breakouts and remain bright with HBNO tea tree oil added to your cleanser too.
Day 19: DIY Brightening Scrub
For a natural glow, create your very own brightening scrub in sugar, honey, and HBNO lemon essential oil.
Day 20: Sunscreen for Protection
It’s a good idea to always wear SPF to protect your skin from UV damage. Sun exposure can leave your skin dull and create dark spots, so skip sunscreen at your peril.
Tip: Keep an eye out for a lightweight type of sunscreen without a white cast.
Week 4: Finishing Strong
Now that we finished this challenge, let us finish with how to push your glow and how to keep up your good skincare habits.
Day 21: Intense Hydration
Put your money on a hydrating sheet or overnight mask for a deep moisture hit. Always hydrated skin is better radiant.
Day 22: Bright Eyes
Don’t leave your under-eye area out! A hydrating, brightening eye cream for puffy eyes and under eyes will be of use too.
Tip: Using a cold jade roller together with your eye cream can help.
Day 23: Smooth Lips
To have soft, smooth lips, use a sugar scrub to exfoliate your lips and end with a hydrating balm.
Tip: Use peppermint essential oil in your lip balm for a nice minty fresh feel.
Day 24: Celebrate Your Glow
You’ve made it through the 24-Day Radiance Challenge! Congratulations! Savour your glowing radiant skin and your new habits.
Keep the Glow Going!
With this challenge, you have glowing skin, but it doesn’t end there. To keep your skin still glowing throughout the year, keep using the brightening products, essential oils, and your routine. Keep glowing!
